We want you to love your Book Nook Kit. If you’re not completely satisfied, you can return your unused, unopened kit within 30 days of delivery for a full refund.

Simply contact our customer service team with your order number, and we’ll provide you with the return instructions. Please make sure the kit is in its original packaging.

If the product is faulty or incorrect, we’ll cover the return shipping costs. For all other returns (e.g. change of mind), the customer is responsible for shipping fees.
