Initially I was a little upset as the original booknook I bought was out of stock, which it didn't say when I bought it. They sent me an email a few days later informing me, and that I could either get a refund or exchange it for another one. I chose another one and sent an email back asking if they could send it as quickly as possible, since it was a present for someone's birthday that coming weekend. It was delivered the next day! Turns out I didn't need to worry about delivery times. They were very nice and got back to me quickly. Although the initial mix-up was a hiccup, the customer service was very good and delivery was extremely quick. The alternative booknook is also exquisitely beautiful, and my sister loves it.
